Premiere Radio Networks is looking for an experienced web developer to join our digital media technology team.  The Web Developer is responsible for building and enhancing a LAMP platform used for multiple high volume websites and services, as well as development of new features and functions such as a new media player, site-wide commenting and ratings, show blogs, widgets, mobile apps and social network integration.  This position is also responsible for requirements gathering and working closely with show staff to evolve the web properties.  This position is located in our Sherman Oaks office.

This individual must have extensive experience with PHP and MySQL in addition to a solid understanding of object oriented concepts, LAMP scalability, systems architecture, and web-based content management systems. Familiarity with the Zend Framework and Smarty templates is strongly preferred.  In addition, this individual must be comfortable with widget development, integration with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Open Social), and building custom applications on platforms such as iPhone and Blackberry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years software development experience
• 2+ years experience with LAMP platform technologies
• Experience with content management systems
• Strong understanding of OO Design
• Preference will be given to candidates that have worked with Zend Framework, Smarty templates and ez Publish
• Proven experience with successful delivery of complex projects
• History of deploying technology solutions to meet business objectives
• Creation and communication of product technology roadmaps
• Desire to stay abreast of current and upcoming web technology, vendors and applications
• Identification of emerging technologies that represent business opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 2+ years of web development experience preferred, ideally in a high volume, multi-site environment.
