Requirements Engineer

Modis is looking for a qualified individual to serve as a Requirements Engineer.

This person will Elicit requirements and solution analysis activities.

We need a fast learner able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be strong and quick at documenting requirements.

Incumbents may specialize in either IT Business Integration Analysis or Systems Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• With full competency, this person translates business architecture through the elicitation and definition of functional requirements.
• This person Understands and translates the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution.
• With full competency, this person performs the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements in order to develop the specifications of an IT solution.
• Must have the demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to understand functional requirements and determine their impact to business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and highlight deviations between current and to-be states and effectively communicate them to the primary stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to define the capabilities that an IT Solution must perform in support of the user's needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization. Demonstrated ability to use structured and disciplined approaches to solving technical problems.
