About the Job

Provides cross-team project-based support in the development of e-products. Manages developmental editorial teams regarding script and milestone development, content preparation, project management, and quality assurance.  Assists Project Managers with adherence to appropriate e-Learning workflows, standards, and processes from Editorial through to Production. Has direct developer relationship management, and identifies ways to maximize tactical efficiencies. Educates, trains, and supports both internal personnel and vendors in the development of e-products.


Requires a Bachelor's Degree in e-Learning, Education, Communications, English, Journalism, or related area with 2+ years of experience developing online or electronic projects preferably with online collaborative tools.  Familiarity with HTML, XML, rich media & multimedia formats, and web standards. Familiarity with editorial and publishing concepts, practices, and procedures preferable. Experience with learning management system tools, such as Blackboard/WebCT/ANGEL a plus.
