Web GUI Application Engineer – Networking Products

The work involves implementing a GUI that will be used to visualize a database of stored events, using graphs, charts, tables, maps, and other mechanisms that are applicable. The objective is to develop the GUI using cutting edge technology to help users visualize the data intuitively, and be able to draw inferences and conclusions in a natural way.

The successful applicant will have completed several WEB GUI’s for networking products and will have the majority of the following technologies;

- GUI development with at least two projects successfully completed.

- C, C++, Java

- SQL, AJAX, PHP, JavaScript, CGI, HTML-5, HTML5, XML/SOAP

- HTML forms generation, style sheets, CSS

- Good knowledge of HTTP server/client interactions, with experience using at least one web server

- Working knowledge of UNIX internals

- Good (UI)user interface design/layout skills

- BSCS/BSEE required, MSCS or MSEE are a plus

The successful applicant will participate as a key member of our engineering department.  There are several positions available at various levels; from the applicant who is still getting started, with just a few years of technical experience to the senior level proven engineer, where management / team lead responsibilities will be part of the requirement.
