Our Client, an international, multidisciplinary research group founded by clinicians and researchers at the Harvard Medical School and the University of California is seeking a talented IT professional to
play a critical role in the growth of a successful medical publisher, pioneering in the field of evidence-based integrative medicine. The position's duties will include but are not limited to:
· Development, implementation and maintenance of the organization's website and new website functionality, ensuring that the site meets the business needs of the organization.
· Analysis of web traffic and customer feedback to improve website usability and functionality
· Design and implementation of web-based (and other), internal software utilities to improve organization work-flow
· Review, analysis, and modification of existing code, including testing, debugging and documenting of said code
· Management, support, and maintenance of all Natural Standard IT resources, including setup, configuration, and support of Natural Standard's internal network, email, and organization-wide data backup, recovery, and security policies
· Providing technical support and guidance to users (20+) on a variety of issues, as well as identifying, researching, troubleshooting and resolving various technical problems within the organization.

The candidate will also be well-organized-able to manage time, projects, and priorities effectively and efficiently-and interact and communicate well with a variety of personnel of varying technical expertise. Additionally, s/he will possess the following qualifications:
· A 4 year degree or higher in an applicable field
· Relevant web development and/or programming experience
· Familiarity with (but not limited to) the following technologies or tools: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Microsoft Windows/Office
· Facility with software and technology of all kinds-easily able to research and evaluate software products and implement off-the-shelf solutions for a variety of needs
