·         Mock-up web page layouts, both design and functionality

·         Daily website updates and changes

·         Help in promoting code of test to production environment

·         Capable of working effectively with other programmers.

·         Must be able to problem-solve basic html and css issues

·         Testing of all websites before release to production

·         Develop websites and applications for Unicity 13+ Countries

·         Ensure that appropriate application of the process documentation is created and accurately represents the current architecture.

·         Provide training and support to end users on new web applications.

·         Design applications according to technical specifications.

Significant PHP, HTML and MYSQL experience with strong object oriented programming orientation preferred. Should also have experience in web services, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, Windows Web server, HTTP protocol, AJAX, and API’s.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience developing standards based code and all standard Web methodologies from client/browser, to Web server, to application-ware, to database server, to operating system. Specifically we are looking for significant experience with PHP and MySQL. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of open source. User interface experience extremely beneficial.

Skills we are seeking:

·         Must have strong communication skills

·         Experience in working in a production/live web environment

·         Experience with electronic newsletters (eblast)

·         Basic html and css problem solving skills

·         Must take pride and ownership of work

·         Understanding of electronic email principles

·         Experience programming with API’s from various applications

We are looking for someone who is proficient with standards-compliant HTML and CSS. Any Flash and/or PHP work is a plus. The job entails test to production work, including the design, layout and programming of HTML, PHP, MySQL, and site maintenance. We are looking for a fulltime person to fulfill this position.
