We are a fashion jewelry manufacturing and wholesale company that operates a multitude of revenue-generating web application/sites and deploy Adobe and Microsoft technology to run our business. We are looking for a professional, goal-oriented, growth-oriented programmer and developer who can manage, develop, and extend our current applications. All of our development has been outsourced for the past 2-3 years as we have not required an in-house person. With a new ERP system for which we bought the SDK and a host of new applications that we have purchased and plan to extend, we will need a developer to lead the charge to deploy and grow our technology stack.



We are looking for a business-minded professional who likes a close-knit environment, an energetic company, and an extremely fast-pace. We are a small company with just under 30 employees stateside in the North Orange County area (Brea) and are constantly growing. We own and operate a factory and office in China.



Requirements:

Degree or Specialization in Computer Science, Information System, or Computing

2-5 years experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining database-driven application using MS SQL Server. Good understanding of Query, Store Procedure, T-SQL. 

2-5 years working experience in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining web application using .NET Framework (C#).  Experience with .NET technology like SOAP, LINQ, etc is strongly preferred.

2-3 years working experience with RIA tool development using Adobe Flex, RIA tool. Experience with technology like FluorineFx, PureMVC, RPC is a strong plus.

Understanding of software development principles, candidate should show proficiency in producing, understanding different type of specifications,  UML diagrams,  Entity-Relationship diagrams.

Shows enthusiasm for the latest technological trends, always have mindset for replacing a manual task with computer automation.

Good work ethic, Good communication. Fluent in the English language

Experience working both independently and in a team, being able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Job Function:

Manage, develop, and extend existing and new web applications for J. Good-In Inc.

Responsible for multiple web sites that serve different vertical channels in the fashion jewelry industry.

Immediately act be the individual contributor to the management of existing applications and the creation of new applications.

Support in soft technology questions from the internal staff (assist as an IT from time to time)

Responsible for business revenues generated from all web sites and applications served.

Wear multiple hats from time to time, responsibilities may include but not limit to customer support, order fulfillment, hardware installation.

May need to correspond with our China office to build a team of programmers to grow development infrastructure.

Business and Marketing Mindset.  Being able to conduct marketing analysis by querying against our data warehouse and produce insights for our business.

Liked but not Required:

Experience in using, maintaining ERP applications like SAP Business One, Netsuite

Mastery of Microsoft systems. But decent LAMP experience is also preferred for our legacy system.

Fluency in a second language (prefer Spanish or Chinese)
