Appliance Parts Depot is looking for a web sales assistant to serve our website customers. Canidadate should be a dependable, multi-tasking, customer service oriented teammate with strong computer and communication (written and oral) skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints (orders processed, answering emails, special shipping requests, etc.)
* Develop and maintain customer rapport
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all orders placed.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions electronically and through our database system
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Automate processes to minimize errors and labor costs
* Maintain balance between sales growth and profit margins
* Other duties as assigned
Skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required
* Customer-oriented attitude
* Experience selling on web shopping sites preferred
* Prior customer service or web sales preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Able to set appropriate priorities, respond to changes, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands
* Strong interpersonal communication skills to support team effort and needs of organization
* Minimum high school diploma or GED
* Must be able to pass drug test
