Nature and Scope

  The web site developer will be responsible for design and creating a web site layout.  The role of the web site develop is to deter in ways to create a web site that is both attractive to our customers and easy to navigate.  In addition, the web site developer may be called upon to implement certain elements to improve the ranking of the web site wit search engines.  This process, known as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an ever-changing field that required continually up-to-date in changes in search engine requirements.

   Must be able to communicate easily and effectively via email, instant messaging, and telephone conversations. The selected candidate must create a site that meets the expectations of TTi executive team which may require making several changes along the way.
  
  
• 
  
  The developer must also be knowledgeable in basic programming languages, particularly HTML, in order to create a viable and attractive site.

Essential Duties

• 
  
  Design and develop the corporate website ensuring strong functionality and optimization
  
  
• 
  
  Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphic, animation and functionality
  
  
• 
  
  Develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features
  
  
• 
  
  Assist the Company Director and VP in the planning of overall company strategy regarding web development and search engine optimization

Required Skills

• 
  
  Proven Web and Database Development experience
  
  
• 
  
  In depth ASP, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and (x) HTML knowledge
  
  
• 
  
  Strong database knowledge specifically SQL Server or MYSQL
  
  
• 
  
  Web/Graphical Design skills would be desirable
  
  
• 
  
  A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team
  
  
• 
  
   Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
