3.10.3. Web Software Engineer 3.10.3.1. Responsibilities 3.10.3.1.1. Apply an enterprise-wide set of disciplines for the planning,design, and construction of business applications. 3.10.3.1.2. Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts, using tools such as UML. 3.10.3.1.3. Apply appropriate disciplines to develop migration plans and strategies. 3.10.3.2. Minimum Requirements 3.10.3.2.1. Increasing levels of responsibility for information systems planning, design, functional and data requirements specification, application programming. 3.10.3.2.2. A master's degree in computer science, information systems,engineering or related discipline. 3.10.3.2.3. At least three (3) relevant professional certifications 3.10.3.2.4. At least five (5) years of experience with process and data modeling. 3.10.3.3. Preferred Requirements 3.10.3.3.1. Experience in systems analysis, design and programming using UML, CASE, and IE tools in the web application development environment. 3.10.3.3.2. Proven managerial and supervisory skills. 3.10.3.4.
