At
Fluensee, we are seeking an exceptional Graphical Designer to shape the web
design standards and create mock-ups in the development of bleeding-edge,
interactive 3-tier web-based applications. We value people who are that are

exposes its technology team to many of the newest technologies in the industry
while architecting and building enterprise-class RFID-enabled asset tracking
and supply chain management software products.

We are
looking for a creative type with an outstanding portfolio of designs who also
has front-end development experience.

Responsibilities :

• Shape web design
  standards
• Define graphic
  charter for the web UI across the Fluensee range of software products
• Work with
  product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements
  into high quality mock-ups with engaging graphic elements that promote
  ease of use and optimize the user experience
• Translate design
  charter and mock-ups into standards-based HTML and reusable CSS, for
  handover to Java development team
• Develop
  solutions to cross-browser compatibility issues
• Ensure final
  products meet web design standards
• Provide unique
  and consistent branding throughout the user engagement
• Own the visual
  design language and evolve the look and feel of the Fluensee range of
  software products
• Develop themes
  and skins to provide customer-specific UI branding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's
  degree in related field (Graphic Design, etc.) required unless there is
  significant, relevant work experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5
  years web UI design experience
• Expertise in web
  UI technologies (HTML, XHTML, CSS, absolute/relative positioning layouts,
  adaptive to screen resolution), cross-browser technologies and HTML
  validation
• Proficiency
  using Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver/Fireworks, Firebug
• Outstanding
  portfolio demonstrating ability to create high impact web site designs,
  intuitive user interfaces and brand elements such as logo design
• Excellent fundamental
  graphic design and web design skills including presentation, layout,
  composition, color, and readability
• Demonstrated
  experience in designing, developing or managing user interface development
  standards for medium to large scale web applications
