The Judge Group is a nationwide recruiting company in business since 1970. Our Chicagoland office is seeking a Website Support Analyst to work on a Contract to Hire opening with our client in their Northern Chicago location.

In this position you will start out as a contract employee of The Judge Group after 6 months the position will be converted to a Full Time Employee with our client. Conversion salary will range from $60-75k depending on experience.
Job Description:
Provide day-to-day problem reporting and management for multi-tiered web site environment. Implement policy level directions regarding standards and procedures. Develop working documentation for scheduling, problem resolution, monitoring, and tool usage. Work with other departments to consult on system wide improvements. Develop and/or consult various monitoring tools to ensure superior reliability, high availability, and high performance production systems.
Day to Day Duties:
Provide ongoing support of Microsoft, Weblogic, Apache and Tomcat infrastructures.
-Use effective communication tools to notify clients of system problems, changes, and enhancements.
-Review content related production schedules for appropriate timely performance.
-Monitors all related Help Desk tickets to provide appropriate and prompt resolution.
-Provide assistance to less senior operations staff when requested.
-Controls production upgrades to assure product stability.
Skills/Experience:
-Skill in using Internet development tools to provide support.
-Windows Script Host (WSH) and Active Directory Service Interface (ADSI) scripting.
-Respond to calls for assistance and troubleshoots first level production hardware/software problems.
-Ability to work across multiple shifts, as production demands require, on occasion, work overtime hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with load-balanced, high availability architecture
Experience supporting clustered Oracle and SQL databases, IIS, Windows Server 2000 and Server 2003 required.
Unix/Linux, Microsoft Content Management Server experience a plus
