Weekend Call Center Representative
The responsibility of this position is to provide support to staff and clients on our home monitoring products. This position works three, ten hour shifts starting on Thursday night and ending on Sunday mornings. 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Primary responsibility is internal and external customer service. Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment for troubleshooting. Become familiar with available help resources; stay updated on company technology changes or problems Process alerts according to a written set of instructions at a fast pace. The ability to multi-task is essential. Interact in a professional manner with both internal and external clients while providing expedient service.
Must be able to pass a full background check and finger printing. NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS!
