United Hospice Valdosta is seeking a Weekend On call Nurse!!

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for case management of hospice patients. Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.

EDUCATION: Current state license as RN.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 years nursing experience. 3 years preferred. Hospice and/or home health experience preferred.

SKILLS: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have good verbal and written skills. Must possess good assessment and documentation skills.
