Description:  Immediate permanent full-time position open for experienced welder with one of Greater Cincinnati’s fastest growing companies. Company is a heavy steel fabricator that is a BWC registered Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace with 100% drug screening annually. Company is an established 150 year old national leader in the manufacturing of Steel Mill, Oil Refining, and Power Generation equipment. Company is ASME certified to manufacture Pressure Vessels, Boilers, and Heat Exchangers. Level 3 candidates start at $15.00/hr. Full-time Level 1 Fabricators make $19/hr with full benefits including health insurance, short and long term disability insurance and a 401K plan with a company matching program.

Requirements:  Candidates must be capable of passing bend tests with coupons welded in the 3-G position in at lest one Level 3 qualifying procedure (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW). Must have a good past work record including attendance. Must be proficient in reading mechanical and/or structural blueprints. Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and physical. ASME Pressure Vessel welding with 100% Radiograhpic Testing experience would be an advantage for prospects.
