CANADIAN REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Live in Alberta Canada or NW US)
Manage all sales activities in the
Canada
Western Canadian RBM will support sales activities for the Industrial products
& services (20% of time). This RBM will be expected to focus on the
Oil & Gas industry and specialize in Produced Water Applications. RBM
must manage an existing rep network and evaluate reps on a continuous
basis. RBM must identify customer needs. RBM must negotiate
contracts and turn these projects successfully and efficiently over to the
in-house project team. RBM must monitor key client and industry actions
and update the company’s information database. RBM must monitor competitor
activities and update databases. RBM must complete a yearly business plan
for the region. (Ideal Location - Calgary Alberta, but Candidates may live in the United States
Qualifications
Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environment or
other related

Minimum five years of water treatment system sales experience.
(Candidates without this experience will be immediately rejected)
·
Minimum two years of produced water experience
·
Demonstration of good client contacts in
for Industrial Solutions.
·
Demonstration of successful prospecting techniques.
·
Demonstration of reaching & exceeding sales targets.
·
Demonstration of successful closing techniques.
·
Prior experience working with reps a plus.
·
Water treatment system process design.
·
Understanding of the technical building blocks of water treatment systems
including Reverse Osmosis, Ultra
filtration, Ion Exchange, Media Filtration,
Disinfection and other technologies.
·
Understanding of Oil & Gas water treatment applications and in particular
Produced Water applications.
·
Computer literate.
·
Excellent communication skills.
·
Ability to work on own and self initiate all sales activities.
·
Ability to coordinate multiple activities within a large organization with
several
locations.
·
Presentation skills for small to medium groups.
·
Personal accountability.
·
Strong time management skills.
·
Strong follow-up skills.
·
Results focused.
·
Management of rep network and continuous evaluation of the rep network in the
region.
