Brand Mortgage Group, a full service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Duluth Georgia is accepting resumes/applicants for Whole Loan Sales Coordinator/Lock Desk in our Secondary Marketing Department. Responsibilities include:

• Perform all lock and post lock modification requests
  
• Daily preparation and distribution of Brand Mortgage rate sheets
  
• Pricing model maintenance
  
• Prepare, audit and distribute related reports
  
• Customer service functions related to the Secondary Marketing Department's role
  
• Monitor daily market movements and adjust loan pricing when necessary
  
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong to the position
