About the Job
National Wholesale FHA mortgage lender, specializing in manual underwriting is expanding. We have been lending for over 20 years in over 30 states nationwide. We are seeking to hire experienced and successful Account Executives with current broker relationships. We are a Ginnie Mae seller servicer, with a product line which includes 203K loans and a 580 mid-score.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience as a wholesale account executive.
2. Strong knowledge of FHA lending.
3. Proven record as a top producer.
4. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to analyze potential loan submissions.
