Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase!  As a part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has over 5,000 branches where our Wholesalers help our branch teams to acquire customers and deepen relationships.
 
As a Wholesaler, you will be responsible for maximizing sales performance of the branch staff in an assigned geographic territory.  This challenging, high-visibility, hands-on position plays a vital role in the success of the expanded retail network.  The Wholesaler impacts and brings discipline to the sales process as executed in the field by:

  • Assisting the Retail Branch in executing behaviors to acquire and deepen customer relationships

  • Ensuring that changes in sales process, systems, policies and protocols are adopted

  • Serves as a liaison between National Sales and the District he/she covers, and is accountable for the successful execution of key sales behaviors.

  • Responsible for demonstrating and coaching branch employees to improve performance.

You will also serve as a central resource for National Sales priorities, support sales training and provide feedback on how strategies are being implemented in the field.
 
Reporting directly to a Senior Wholesaler, you will partner closely with Retail District Managers to help Branches acquire customers and deepen relationships.




  • Outstanding record of personal sales success and/or sales management

  • Outstanding ability to show coach sales:

  • Show coach PFRs

  • Help tellers get better at referral

  • Help Financial Center Managers get better at show coaching PFRs /Tellers

  • Help District Managers become better at improving their Financial Center Manager's coaching skills


  • Outstanding ability to influence behavior without position authority

  • Ability to build belief at execution thru enthusiasm and show coaching

  • Experience facilitating training sessions

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong workshop/seminar presentation skills

  • Can interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Expert knowledge of the sales and service process

  • Willing and able to travel as needed
