The position provides remote support for the systems via on-call rotation. Some major change activities require on-site weekend work. They will help to improve procedures and monitoring, and will work on process automation tasks / scripts.
Education Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree desired.
Software Knowledge Needed:
Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008
VMware and Citrix knowledge is desirable but not required.
Citrix highly desired. Important and preferred to have
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
