Retail Sales Associates - Wireless Industry

PCS Mobile Solutions is looking for outgoing, friendly Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Sales Representatives to meet or exceed service and sales objectives by providing world-class service to store patrons, selling products and services to current consumers, and actively soliciting new customers through inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing efforts. Use your proven customer service ability, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge to guide new customers through the purchasing decision and activation process and educate them about their new product and/or service with uncapped earning potential.

Sales Representatives must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

-    Achieves sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, accessory sales, features and providing excellent customer satisfaction.
-    Sells Sprint products and services to walk-in customers in retail stores.
-    Provides a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills.
-    Guides customer through the purchasing decision, activations process and educates the customer on their new purchase.
-    Develops new customer prospects or referrals and builds customer relationships to drive sales.

Requirements:

-    High school diploma or equivalent minimum. College degree preferred.
-    Must be 18 years of age or older.
-    Retail sales experience preferred.
-    Must be reliable and have high personal integrity.
-    Strong computer skills.
-    Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
-    Must have a desire to succeed in a monthly quota driven environment.
