The Location Manager is the main point of contact for all location activity and responsible for all daily operations. They are required to meet minimum location sales goals as well as recruit, develop and train Sales Associates.
Responsibilities
- Main point of leadership and contact for the location.
- On-going motivation and training of Sales Associates on selling techniques, daily procedures and POS system.
- Motivation and development of Sales Associates to achieve individual and location sales goals and reduce employee churn.
- On-going personal and professional development of Sales Associates.
- Exemplifies and promotes professional image of MOBILE LIFE to employees, the location and the public.
- On-going recruitment of professional Sales Associates.
- Keep Sales Associates informed of appropriate corporate communications.
- Monitor location inventory daily and keep under 1% loss per month.
- Ensure all returns are processed properly.
- Complete daily reports.
- Review all location paperwork and contracts for accuracy.
- Complete deposit logs and verify location deposits.
- Monitor and track location and Sales Associates sales daily.
- Attend meetings and training classes at Regional office.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
- Maintain and continue to develop relations with mall management and security as well as other mall tenants.
- Provide on-going feedback to Market Director about mall events, competition, new stores, promotions, etc.

-Minimum 2 years college OR High School Diploma and at least 2 years experience in a leadership and/or sales position REQUIRED
