Indiana and Kentucky's Most Respected Sprint/Nextel distributor is looking to fill key sales positions in the area.  We are looking for a very technology savvy individual to communicate Sprint/Nextel’s wide portfolio of products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide outstanding sales and service support for the wide range of customers that walk in the door of your retail location

·         In partnership with the outside sales team, develop customer rapport and identify sales opportunities whether in the store or at the customers location

·         Maintain and expand your sales, product, service, industry, market and competitive knowledge and skills

·         Provide general knowledge/training to each customer as the purchase new handsets and data applications

·         Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by treating the customer the way you would like to be treated!

·         Work in a fast-paced environment with sales as your primary focus

·         Become a wireless expert in the ever changing world of wireless!

·         Provide outstanding device service support for the wide range of customers that enter your retail location

·         Make componentized repairs to a myriad of handsets as well as in depth software support for Windows Mobile, Android, Palm and BlackBerry devices

·         Be a leader in all cutting edge technologies to assist in triaging issues and educating our customers

Qualifications:

·         Track record of success selling electronics, wireless or other technology related experience is a big plus, but not necessary!

·         Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, computers and other technology based products

·         Experience selling to multiple buying influences and multitasking is a key component of the opportunity

·         Must be able to embrace change!  The world of wireless is changing each and every week!

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

·         Short learning curve for computer related products and software knowledge

·         Interest and experience in working with your hands
