cellular sales, retail sales, or wireless technology a plus.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting new and existing customers with the
purchase of wireless equipment and service.
• Advising customers by educating them about
our products and services in order to assure
their needs are met.
• Providing customer assistance with local
market promotions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring
customer to supervisor or appropriate person
for resolution.
• Maintaining store appearance and product
presentation to company standards.
• Assisting in special projects assigned by
supervisor or other duties as assigned by
management.
