Word Processing, Graphics, and Reprographics Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Word Processing, Graphics, and Reprographics Supervisor to join us in Seattle office.


Responsibilities:
• Supervise graphics production, duplicating, editorial and word processing services
• Assist word processing, including scheduling, creation, and editorial review of financial statements and other standardized reports
• Serve as the primary point for project management
• Help to ensure that operational processes are effective and overall compliance of departmental and firm policies is achieved
• Monitor quality assurance of firm deliverables and service levels
• Provide performance management, guidance, training, and direction to members of the workgroup
• Oversee National Design, Proposal and Production Services (NDPPS) in local office and remote offices
• Provide performance management duties for NDPPS personnel
• Manage project workflow, including the coordination of outsourced requests and quality assurance on the fulfillment of project requests
• Monitor service levels and manages resources with changing workflow demands
• Help to ensure integrity of tracking system to obtain internal recoveries
• Help ensure that national standards are followed for collateral and docket control
• Participate in project management, as needed
• Oversee production and delivery of finished product, as needed
• Maintain relationships with local leadership

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years of relevant work experience
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused under pressure
• Experience in managing a team or workgroup
• Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, people management, and communication skills
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Advanced customer service skills
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
