In our ongoing recruitment effort, we look for examiners, supervisors and managers with proven abilities and demonstrated successes in client satisfaction, litigation prevention and control, and cost containment. We generally seek people with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of workers compensation claims examiner experience, a Self Insurance Certificate or ability to pass the SIP Test. WCCP is always a plus, as is experience administering claims for public entities, school districts, and healthcare clients. Our claims staff must be effective and professional communicators, both orally and in written form.  They will frequently interact with all levels of client, vendor, and internal employees.
