Workforce Analyst

Great-West is now seeking candidates for the Financial Services Call Center Team to work in the US Corporate Headquarters in SE Denver, Colorado. You will be responsible for the forecasting and scheduling of Call Center staff.

Primary Resonsibilities

• Scheduling of Call Center staff.
• Monitor call volume activity, make adjustments as needed, and reconcile and report exceptions.
• The development, maintenance and communication of general Call Center performance, and troubleshooting and reporting of general system problems.
• Development of call center reporting.
• Development of long term forecasts.

Background and Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired, or High School education and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year workforce management experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Witness software preferred.
• Excellent PC and Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to problems.
• Proven ability to create relationships with supervisors and others to work effectively together to solve problems and develop creative solutions to staffing challenges.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated excellend oral and written communication skills.
