We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Deployment Lead

for a position located in Greenbelt, MD. US Citizenship is required. Must pass a background check

Job Responsibilities include:

• OTDR1 Deployment
  
• Configure and deploy WFM application, monitoring applications and account maintenance application
  
• Ensure all associated WFM applications are deployed on time
  
• Troubleshoot WFM deployment issues
  
• Assist and support users in utilizing applications
  
• Assist OTDR1 deployment efforts both on-site and centrally
  
• Provide input on OTDR1 lessons learned

Job Requirements include:

• Contact center deployment experience
  
• Inbound and /or outbound operational experience in a contact center environment
  
• Experience with a major WFM tool (Aspect, Witness, IEX)
  
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and deal with ill defined issues
  
• Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  
• Strong interpersonal skills in working within team environments
  
• Ability to prioritize issues and manage time effectively
