JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the direct supervision of the Community Services Administrator,
The Teen Reach Youth Development Aide will assist in all Community
Center activities for youth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma and minimum of one (1) year experience working in
youth and recreational related programs. Must have the ability to
motivate and teach young people a variety of life skill activities and
being responsible. Excellent communication skills and good
organizational skills a must. Experience in a social setting, Chicago
Park District or Board of Education. Must be able to work flexible hours
and weekends.
