Position Summary:
Position oversees the September – May activities of After-School Tutoring of homeless and at-risk children as well as the June – August activities of Summer Day Camp for at-risk children. Candidate should be prepared to expand the program through outreach to the community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires the National Director’s Credentials for this DCF licensed program as well as previous experience in supervising staff in organized youth programs. Commercial Driver’s License with passenger certification required. Experience with New Century learning software a plus.
Must be computer literate and have good organizational and record keeping skills.
Bachelors Degree in Education, Child Development, Christian Education, Ministry or related field and four years experience managing and supervising youth programs.
