The Account Executive position for Worldwide Express consists of prospecting, engaging, and winning new business with C-level executives, as well as managing existing books of business in an ongoing capacity.
Candidates must be interested in a dynamic career in B2B sales and account management, have a competitive drive, possess well above average communication skills, and a professional demeanor. "Coach-ability" and a willingness to learn the company's best practices are a must.
Leads are generated by extensive market research into shipping patterns within various industries. Prospective clients are engaged at the executive level. Many times proposals are presented with either one of, or with a combination of the President, CFO, COO, VP Operations, VP Finance, or other high level decision makers within an organization.
Training and Development
An Account Executive can expect extensive training and development on an ongoing basis. Corporate level training is provided in multiple weeks of classroom style seminars within the first 18 months, and ongoing training and development is provided at the district level by senior level Account Executives and by Sales Manager personnel. District sales teams generally consist of 3-6 individuals, therefore many resources are allocated to the development of our entry level staff.

Base Salary+Uncapped Residual Commission+Car Allowance+iPhone+iPad+Insurance Benefits
Base Pay: $30,000 - $40,000 /Year 1 Salary increases with performance thresholds.
Average First Year Income: $55,000 - $70,000
