Requirement: Candidates must currently live within a two (2) hour drive from Philadelphia or New Jersey areas, have managed healthcare account programs for a minimum of five (5) years, and have healthcare sales experience.

Managing a client relationship is one of the single most important roles within Technekes. The more intimately involved we are with our clients’ strategies, the more value we can contribute by aligning with their strategy. The Account Manager is the hub of the relationship with our clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all key stakeholders. Furthermore, the Account Manager holds the key to growth with our clients, collecting insight and seeking out opportunities to grow Technekes’ support of the client.
The Account Manager (AM) will serve as lead support on specific business segments for a healthcare account (pharmaceutical and medical device). The AM supports implementation of recommendations to create demand for that business segment.
The AM will work closely with our campaign managers to proactively seek ways to help clients reach their strategic goals. Once a program has been approved by the client, the AM serves as the primary voice of customer within Technekes and is responsible for communicating the business, customer support and technical requirements of the program to internal teams such as the Marketing Interaction Center in Raleigh, NC, and to Technical Operations in Charlotte, NC. The AM is accountable for all client deliverables and must proactively follow-up with all involved parties to ensure that work is completed:
