Accounting - Order Processor

We are searching for an Order Processor to join our team. The organization is growing and would like someone who thrives in an area where change is a constant.  Alliance focuses heavily on our clients and we would like you to do the same.  

Candidate must have the ability to follow directions, specific procedures and should have basic accounting knowledge. Must be very detailed orientated, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task, meet required deadlines etc... Candidate will be required to keep track of various orders, their status and work within deadlines. All Candidates should have knowledge in quoting and processing orders with item codes, descriptions and serial numbers.  This position will work with sales staff, customers and/or vendors in placing orders and resolving any discrepancies. 

*Must be able to resolve order accounts receivable and invoicing issues.

*Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.              

*Prior experience preferred.

*Basic Accounting Skills


Salary is based on experience.
