A1 You are an excellent listener, and you find it easy to hear what people are really saying, even beyond what their words convey. You do not cut people off when they speak; you let them finish.
A1 You desire meaningful work in addition to the opportunity to develop and hone your skills.
A1 You’re rewarded by helping others solve service or technical problems.
A1 You’re good at keeping a regular schedule, and you’re rarely late.
A1 You have a 40+WPM type speed.
A1 You have some experience working in a customer-facing role, especially in retail.
A1 You get along well with your team members, and you’re willing to provide support and feedback.
About the Role
The Advanced Customer Care Representative receives inbound calls from customers seeking help with their service. The Advanced Customer Care Representative carefully logs caller information to pull up the customer’s digital file, and speaks to the caller in an engaging manner, with an eye toward understanding what the issue is and helping resolve it in a timely manner. The Advanced Customer Care Representative makes the caller feel heard and understood, and represents the company to the caller in a positive and trustworthy way.
The risk of a devastating fall imperils senior citizens who live on their own in the United States. Each day, senior citizens fall inside their homes and suffer irreparable damage to their bodily health. Some are not found for days.
Alert1 provides options for the continued care and safety of senior citizens so that they may live independently in their own homes. We currently offer one main device, and are currently researching and defining additional device and service offerings.
