MARCOA's successful relationship with the military is based on two things: we provide exceptional publications for their troops, and we hire only the most professional salespeople to reach out to the community for their advertising participation.
Military installations want to put their newcomers, recruits and families in touch with the reputable businesses in their new location and surrounding communities. Our target audience? The business owners and decision makers in military communities who want to reach a market where there is job security and it's recession-proof - The business owners are not only proud to participate, but it's a smart business decision to spend their advertising dollars in this stable and recession-proof market!
The successful MARCOA manager has outside sales experience in a 1-2 call close environment, cold calling and prospecting experience, team management experience and is a true road warrior; this means the ability to be out of town, overnight for the duration of a sales campaign. Military experience is always a plus!
This is an employee position. Compensation is commission only with some of the highest commissions in the industry (uncapped) and a bonus plan. Medical, dental and vision insurance plans after 90 days, including a 401k option, long term disability and mileage reimbursement.
