Successful candidate will:
Have 7+ years’ experience in designing digital strategies and social engagement programs
Have 7+ years’ experience selling in numerous social media programs to top C-Level Executives
Have 7+ years’ experience helping brands tell their stores in different ways in different channels through an integrated mix of paid, owned, and earned content
Have 7+ years’ experience working in an agency environment working with team members at all levels
Have experience in multiple industries, QSR and Retail is a plus
Have agency experience with a “Big Picture” mentality
Have Social Media experience in multiple industries is a plus
Have heavy working knowledge in SEO and SEM
You’ve been designing digital strategies and social engagement programs for years now, but you know that an idea is as only as good as it execution. So you’ve honed the art of creating distilled social strategies that are grounded in practicality and that support efficient execution. Big ideas are only as good as their execution.
You’ve presented and sold in numerous social media programs to top C-Level Executives on countless occasions, but at times, you still encounter skepticism. “Does this stuff really work?” “What’s my ROI?” You welcome that skepticism. You know that digital and social channel provides more metrics than any other marketing channel. They don’t tell the whole story, but you know how to weave a business narrative that link online digital engagements to offline in-store conversions.
You know that a brand’s value is explicitly linked to what people say about it. Yet you know that a brand, through an integrated mix of paid, owned, and earned content, can help shape and foster those impressions. And you have a track record of helping brand’s tell their stories in different ways in different channels.
Finally, you know that the magic of agency life is teamwork. You’ve worked in a variety of settings and have worked for a variety of clients. You are confident in you capabilities and experiences but you know that you don’t have all the answers. Therefore, you love the opportunity to collaborate, learn, lead and create with team members at all levels.

Education &/or Experience:
7+ years’ experience in designing digital strategies and social engagement programs
Multiple industries, QSR and Retail is a plus
Advertising agency experience with a “Big Picture” mentality
Experience designing campaigns with paid, owned and earned elements
Social Media in multiple industries is a plus
Heavy working knowledge in SEO and SEM
Excellent communication and presentation skills
