How does it work?
Agreement with a top national "Big Box" Home Improvement Company - Tuff Shed has an agreement with a top national "Big Box" home improvement company. As the ASM you are the liaison between the Big Box Retail Company, its customers, and Tuff Shed. In this role the ASM
services a number of retail locations to ensure the quality and presentation of Tuff Shed displays, and provides training and product knowledge for the Big Box employees that are located at each site. This enables the onsite employees to answer questions about Tuff Shed and assist you in making sales!
Receiving Sales Leads - The ASM also receives sales leads from a number of sources, including the Tuff Shed National Call Center, the Big Box Retail Company, and from customers directly. Additionally the ASM participates in Big Box weekend events (2-3 per month) with the opportunity to sell and showcase our Tuff Shed product line and displays.

Realize, if our customers can dream it, we help them design it and build it! Our sales teams design and sell simple sheds to elaborate cabins and custom buildings. Our best sellers have a passion for selling, a flare for design, enjoys working with customers, and takes great pride in their accomplishments! Bragging rights are claimed by many several top sellers whose annual income exceeds 80K! We have 20+ Sales employees in our Million Dollar Sales Club!

Now for the Nitty-Gritty:
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
