Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: Lead innovation and development of digital marketing programs to deliver sales overnight and brand over time Embrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage the entire marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of DISH as their entertainment provider of choice Leverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver programs to maximize marketing return on investment Partner with the entire marketing organization to drive holistic campaigns that together deliver significant market share shift Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills and strategically asses acquisition opportunities and current customer impact to implement corporate wide programs Thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
Skills - Experience and Requirements:
A successful Assistant Brand Manager will have the following: Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agile responsiveness. Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness to roll up your sleeves and desire to win the business every single day Expertise in online creative and message (re)targeting Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking. Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
