  • Restaurant Assistant Manager, Part time to develop to Full time
  • Supervises shift operations, opening and closing procedures
  • 3 years minimum hospitality management experience preferred
  • 5 years high-volume commercial kitchen experience required
  • Trains crew members
  • Holds the guest service and product quality as priority
  • Ensure communication to team is clear and orders executed accurately
  • Regulates production, adjusts merchandising and assures product quality standards
  • Ensures service goals are met throughout each shift, focuses on effective team service
  • Communicates, administrates and executes appropriate responsibilities
  • Able to commute between Morehead City, New Bern and Greenville units regularly

        >Strong leadership abilities, including employee training/development 
        >Ability to facilitate a team-oriented environment 
        >Skilled in both BOH and FOH Operations
        >Commitment to quality guest service & building guest and community relationships 
        >Passion for and commitment to the restaurant industry 
        >Ability to organize, administrate and execute budgets and initiatives
        >Experience in a combined restaurant and hospitality a plus 
        >Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively 
            in a high-volume environment 
        >Excellent analytical, planning/organizational, and problem solving skills 
        >MS Office, Word, Excel, Micros or similar required
        >Ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision
