The Assistant Manager performs and/or supervises employees in the following job set-up positions: front line set-up, back line set-up, catering prep, chip & pickle to-go, order taker, cashier, sandwich maker, swing and delivery driver. The Assistant Manager hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines, and/or fires day and night staff, and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of their area of responsibility within the operation.
