Job Duties and Responsibilities for Asst Manager/Supervisor:

 

Though it is supervisory position, candidate should be hands-on, ready to pitch in any time in all the operations of the store.
It is a holiday business. So the candidate must be prepared to work for long hours for three major holidays mainly Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other small holidays. Should be able to handle stressful situations.
Actively participates and supervises daily operations of Customer Service, Production and Delivery planning, Opens /closes store daily.
 


The store activities are described below in brief (detailed description to be given on joining):

 

Customer Service: Taking orders on phone or in person, needs to be fully conversant with our proprietary software (training will be given), resolving customer complaints.
 

Production: Preparation of fruit, chocolate dipping of fruits and making arrangements, cleaning the store.
 

Delivery: Routing deliveries daily.  Tracking the successful/unsuccessful deliveries, resolves issues with drivers or customers for deliveries.  Hiring on call drivers for the regular days and holidays.
 
 

Inventory: Takes weekly inventory for all items other than fruit produce. Fruit produce needs to be ordered daily.
 

Office paper work: Proper filing of all office related papers including personnel, accounts and EA corporate.
 

Candidates must be hardworking, sincere and punctual.
Must show leadership skills by motivating and mentoring employees by setting exemplary attitude towards work.
Will be actively participating and supervising three main activities of Customer Service, Delivery and Production.
Prior food service experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills with decent typing speed and ability to learn and pick up the EA software.
Must be physically fit and able to lift 25 lbs, work shifts of 16+ hours as required.

This is a great full time opportunity for a candidate that is goal oriented, self-motivated and hardworking.  This position is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of franchise. Will be involved in all aspects of the business from customer service, production, cost containment.
