A Dayton, Ohio based B2B firm that identifies markets, is seeking a professional to prospect new clients and identify opportunities for their existing and new clients. This organization is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certified company. Their clients include large enterprise organizations, as well as small and mid-sized companies.
Their Services Include: Inside Sales Support, Lead Qualification, Lead Nurturing, Market Research, List Generation, Script and Survey Writing, Consulting, and Database Hosting.
· This well established organization is looking for a local candidate to fulfill their B2B Business Development Representative full time position, as they expand their inside sales team. This position requires a combination of research and outbound telephone conversations to conduct lead generation, market research, surveys and appointment setting.
· Ability to engage contacts and probe for information (cold and warm outbound calling)
· Ability to follow a script or call guide in a conversational tone and document responses
· Comfortable making cold and warm phone calls to obtain quality leads and new sales
· Previous B2B outbound lead generation, business development or customer service experience (preferred)
· Ability to work several campaigns per week
· Conversing with contacts to answer questions and understand their needs
· Inputting contact data and articulating results into an online CRM (experience preferred)
· Identifying decision makers and gaining business intelligence through conversations
· Creating opportunities through outbound calls from a provided list
· Meet a quota of opportunity creation (leads) and calls per hour
15-30 hours per week
$14 per hour
