Job Description

Bank Client Service Representative (CSR) is a well rounded position. He/She is responsible for providing outstanding client service. Actively markets and sells bank products to clients in person or via telephone. Cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing clients. Is responsible for opening new accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and assists clients with their accounts.  Refers clients to other bank channels (residential lending, commercial lending, merchant services) for potential sales opportunities. Performs daily transactions, open accounts and customer maintenance.


  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Account Opening
  • Performs daily transactions such as taking deposits, withdrawals, loan payments etc…
  • Account Maintenance and Resolution
  • Interact and refers customers to business development officer and commercial and residential lenders
  • Balances cash drawer daily
  • Adheres to bank’s policies and procedures


  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly including weekends
  • Ability to attend set staff meetings after hours
  • A minimum of 1-2 years banking experience
  • High communication skills both verbal and written
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree is desirable but not required
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
