York Auto Group is currently accepting applications for the BDC department. This position involves answering phones, customer service, and scheduling appointments. We are looking to fill a full time position and the qualified candidate must be able to work evenings until 8pm and every other Saturday.
· Handle inbound calls and direct to appropriate contact
· Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
· Must be able to conduct business using email and telephone as well as any additional needs upon request
· Exceptional phone, email & people skills
· Superior communication and customer service skills
· Excellent follow-through skills
· Solid working knowledge of the Internet

High School Diploma or the equivalent
