Position Overview

CGFNS International is located in the University City section of Philadelphia and is currently seeking to fill three (3) French - Bilingual Customer Care Representative Positions. CCR’s will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.  

 

Generally CCA will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, orders, general accounts inquiries, or obtain details of complaints.

 

  • Enter information into customer database interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken to resolve or escalate issues.

 

  • Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

 

  • Refer unresolved customer issues or concerns to designated staff for further investigation.

 

  • Maintain department performance metrics (such as number of calls per hour, log-in/log-out times, quality monitoring).

 

  • Other departmental duties as assigned

 

Education:       

High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Written and verbal bilingual skills (French-Canadian) a MUST

Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening and writing as well as attention to detail

Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service/ Call Center experience
Must possess the ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications

Available for shift work evening shifts, weekends and holidays when required
