Customer Care Representative
CGFNS International, Inc. is a non-profit and immigration neutral organization whose mission is to mission is to serve the global community through programs and services that verify and promote the knowledge-based practice competency of health care professionals.
CGFNS International is located in the University City section of Philadelphia and is currently seeking to fill three (3) French - Bilingual Customer Care Representative Positions. CCR’s will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Generally CCA will be responsible for the following:
High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Written and verbal bilingual skills (French-Canadian) a MUST
Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening and writing as well as attention to detail
Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service/ Call Center experience
Must possess the ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
Available for shift work evening shifts, weekends and holidays when required
