Program Manager

The ideal candidate is a experienced technical program manager with a track record of successfully developing strong relationships and managing complex projects to tight deadlines. You must be able to demonstrate a history of successful development of relationship, process, metrics, project management, collaboration and operational support. You excel at managing customer expectations and coordinating efforts to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, scope and schedule project goals, milestones and deliverables 
- Closely manage team, coordinate and prioritize resources, and follow up with key contributors to deliver on time 
- Work with internal teams and customer to define requirements and plan the project life cycle deployment 
- Create and maintain detailed project plans; monitor, track and report on project progress; manage project scope, risks, change orders, and escalations 
- Fully manage customer communication, relationship and expectations throughout project 
- Assist in development and completion of customer SOWs and project proposals, including technical definition, schedule estimation and resource planning
- Review and contribute to implementation tools and documents used internally and by customers 
- Coordinate extensively with other internal teams including -
 - Operations, Sales and Product Management  Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field  Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Program Manager 
- Proven ability to successfully manage large-scale projects on tight deadline with significant collaboration and leadership 
- Excellent written & oral communications, as well as excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior management 
- Experience managing consulting, system integration, or other technology delivery projects desired 
- Knowledge of mobile service provider systems, enterprise IT administration, ITIL, MDM, MAM, or system/network management a plus 
- Sound judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure 
- PMP Certification highly desired  Expertise with MS Project, Office, etc.  -
 -Some travel may be required
