As a member of our business development team, working out of our Larkspur office (15 minutes from San Francisco), your primary goal will be to follow up on our aggressive marketing campaigns, answer all inbound leads through web traffic and phone inquiries, and prospect for new business using some of the most innovative tools available today. Your job is to quickly develop the relationship and qualify leads to strategically convert them into new business. The key to your success will be your ability to investigate, identify, and gain access to decision makers no matter the obstacles that may come your way. Your day-to-day will include using e-mail marketing campaigns and accurately tracking customer interaction in Salesforce.com, so your familiarity with CRM systems and metrics based performance management will allow you to hit the ground running.
