Business Development Manager/Executive Recruiter

About the Job

Life Search Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager/Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team!  Bring your Corporate HR or Recruiting background to a growing organization that is dedicated to helping each individual achieve their personal development goals.  The ideal candidate would have Technology, Biotechnology, or Healthcare recruiting experience, but we are open to other industries.

 

Our associates have many years in the staffing industry.  The key to our success is the focus on the relationship and long-term associations with both the client and the candidate.  Our consultative approach allows us to fully understand client’s needs and provide unsurpassed customer service.  Our goal is to be recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Research and network through social media and local community events
  • Handle onboarding of new hires (background checks, references, etc.)
  • Update and maintain applicant database internally
  • Liaison between all applicants and clients
  • Track daily metrics and reporting

 

Qualifications:

  •  Experience in a sales or recruiting role, preferably for a contingency recruiting agency or executive search firm
  • Have a sales mentality and a general understanding of a sales lifecycle from sourcing / lead generation to close
  • Outstanding ability to build relationships and a network of candidates
  • Motivated by personal success and accomplishment, driven by a passion for the hunt
  • Possess critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment
  • Possess outstanding telephone presence and superior written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Documented track record for achieving targeted objectives
  • Team and individual player, as required
  • Social media skills
  • BA/BS from an accredited university or college preferred
