Zeehub is looking for a self-motivated, top performing Business Development Manager to drive sales, revenue and aggressively grow our business. This is an hybrid role that incorporates both inside and outside sales with a very competitive salary with uncapped commissions. You will be a valuable member of the Zeehub family at its very early stage and be able to build the foundations for future success.
Job Description - Business Development Manager
The primary role of the BDM is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The BDM must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to sign up with Zeehub. The BDM must develop a rapport with new clients, and plays a central role in the customer success. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Franchise Industry, the solutions/services Zeehub provide, and of the Zeehub’s competitors.
New Business Development
Aggressively prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email/online activities and attending appropriate industry events defined by senior management
Promptly and proactively address incoming inquiries generated through (web) advertising and marketing campaigns
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients
Set up meetings between client decision makers and Zeehub’s practice leaders/ Principals
Plan approaches and pitches.
Develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets
Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate Zeehub’s product solution and value proposition
Maintain sales pipeline and submit weekly reports to senior management; ensure data is accurate
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Provide high touch account management with new and current client base
Determine potential up sell and other revenue opportunities within an account
Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Zeehub’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Client Retention - Customer Success
Actively engage with client towards successful deployment and work closely with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet client needs
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Present new product developments and services and enhance existing relationships
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. Understanding of the Franchise Industry, the solutions/services Zeehub provide, and of the Zeehub’s competitors. B2B technology sales experience a plus! Affinity with software technology (SaaS) highly preferred. Able to effectively prospect, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision makers. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present Zeehub's services via phone/web conference, trade shows, etc. Strong computer skills, proficient with standard software, Internet, and web applications

Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious to drive sales and revenue for Zeehub. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. Responsible individual with high sense of accountability who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, discipline and minimal supervision. A strong team player with a sound sales methodology, who enjoys cold-calling coupled with a determined hunter mentality. You must have the ability to thrive in an energetic, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
