YOU WILL FIND In this position some of your main duties will be to:
Travel within the assigned territory fostering strong business relationships with existing accounts.
Ensure proper visual merchandising of our products, promoting and adhering to our Good Quality Standards (GQS) guidelines.
Through business acumen, determine the financial viability and financial strength of current accounts.
Develop individual business plans for accounts, addressing opportunities for organic growth by development and analysis of Swarovski customer database.
Conduct Business Review meetings with each independent retailer, setting launch and annual sales targets to further develop the account to meet sales goals.
Identify key retailers and execute in-store consumer events to grow the business.

Bachelors Degree of equivalent years of experience Negotiating skills 3-5 years experience with territory sales Knowledge of visual merchandising Previous success in business development Proven brand ambassador New product introductions Ability to performance analyses and lead presentations
